I usually review wines at home under more controlled circumstances, but given the emails I received inquiring about this one, I’m glad I was able to give it a shot. 2021 Grayson Cabernet Sauvignon A friendly and direct offering, with vanilla, plum and violet notes that glide through easily, with the vanilla hanging on the longest in the end. A highly concentrated fruit is enhanced by a full body and long finish. This would be a perfect party wine during the winter months, and is a perfect everyday table bottle. The blend comes together nicely, resulting in a fun, easy to drink, crowd pleasing wine that finishes dry and sticky.
